This web page is a dummy home page that can be customized by a site own. To customize this page, login as an admin user and click on the Admin menu → Publisher → Article. On the list of articles is displayed, click on Article # 1 which is the "Home" article. Then use the tools on the "Article Manager :: Edit" screen to modify the contents of this page. Once you are done with your changes, click on the "Save" button. Then click "Action" column for Article #1 until it says "archive".
